Golden Raisins (Angori):

This product is acquired from Seedless grapes, which are fundamentally developed in Azerbaijan region and Urmia. Late September is the best time to harvest this product. In order to produce Golden Raisins, the gathered grapes bunches are absorbed an added substance arrangement (counting potassium carbonate, Australian water and oil) and hung vertically under sunlight. To make the grape skin thinner and transparent and give it that golden color, sweet taste, Raisins are put in Sulphur fumigation (S02) between 5 to 7 hours.

After Drying for 10 to 15 days, raisins are fully golden and sent to our facility for further processing.  

Washing, drying and sorting are the last stages of production which are done by our cutting edge machinery.
