The demand for Iranian pistachio kernels has risen steadily over the years. Pistachio kernels come from both closed and open shelled pistachios. Kernels are good for cooking because they haven’t been roasted or salted. Iranian Kernels are now widely used in the ice cream, pastry, and cookery industry.

We deliver close shell pistachios to our cracking facility to extract the kernels once they’ve been collected. Unlike open shell pistachios, our high-tech machinery makes the extraction procedure completely automatic.

Pistachios are a good source of energy, with 557 calories per 100g. They are also high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids, such as oleic acid, and are a good source of antioxidants. Pistachios aid to lower total LDL (bad cholesterol) and raise HDL (good cholesterol) levels when consumed regularly. Pistachios are a good source of vitamin E, notably gamma tocopherol, with roughly 23 grams per 100 grams.
